Job summary

LiveRamp is shaping the future of responsible data collaboration and is headquartered in San Francisco. The role leads the GTM technology strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap, spanning marketing, sales, contracting, customer success, and data platforms.

You will guide integration across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and AI-enabled workflows. You will mentor Salesforce engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that drive seller

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise applications, GTM systems or CRM.
7+ years Salesforce experience with hands-on development and architecture responsibilities.
5+ years leading technical teams including engineers, admins, architects or tech leads.
Experience leading enterprise GTM tech initiatives including Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce, CRM.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, security, data architecture.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Experience designing pricing, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, amendments, renewals and contracting processes.
Ability to review and challenge architecture designs and partner recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategy, architecture and multi-year roadmap for GTM tech ecosystem (marketing, sales, QTC, contracting, CS, data, AI).
Establish scalable integration patterns across Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, ERP and finance systems.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce including architecture reviews and guidance.
