LangChain is seeking a senior GTM systems owner to drive Salesforce-centered workflows that support revenue growth. You will translate ambiguous revenue-team needs into precise specifications and collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance in a fast-changing environment.

You will not write production code but will craft clear, actionable requirements and review outputs with Salesforce and systems judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce sales process from lead to close — routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression.
• Write BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria with ROI justification.
• Hold the quality gate: you sign off on specs before production.
• Run vendor evaluations when the right answer is buy, integrate, or replace.
• Trace anomalies in revenue fields back to automation, trigger, or integration.
