Job summary

Merge seeks a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the Salesforce-driven revenue infrastructure, from deal desks to usage-based billing. You will design, build, and govern systems that support the entire revenue lifecycle across multiple product lines.

The role emphasizes autonomous project planning, cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and security, and delivering robust, AI-enabled solutions that scale with the company.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in RevOps, business systems, or GTM engineering.
• 3+ owning a Salesforce instance as its architect.
• Experience with change management on mission-critical revenue systems.
• Hands-on quote-to-cash: CPQ evaluation/implementation and billing wired to usage data.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of Merge's GTM systems and ensure reliability and governance.
• Architect and ship net-new builds: CPQ, deal desk, quote-to-cash, and usage-based billing.
• Build durable automation with validation, monitoring, and test coverage.
• Own end-to-end change management, go-live plans, and enablement for teams.
