Superhuman, renowned for its AI-powered productivity platform, seeks a GTM Systems Architect to own Salesforce architecture and its GTM stack, driving AI-native workflows across CRM, quoting, and billing.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, GTM AI Engineer, GTM Systems, and product teams to deliver scalable integrations for Mail, Docs, Go, and Fathom, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Ops. This hands-on role requires leadership and hands-on coding in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years designing and building on Salesforce, including reworking a complex org.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise across data model design, Apex, flows, integrations, and security.
• Built AI native systems such as agents, MCP connectors, and LLM workflows.
• Strong integration experience beyond Salesforce, using AI coding tools for build leverage.
• Understands GTM processes and data from lead to cash, ideally in a multi-product GTM motion.
• A builder who ships quickly and stays hands-on as scope grows.
• Ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical leaders in plain language.
• Builds strong relationships across business, product, and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture of Salesforce and our GTM stack (Outreach, Gong, etc.) and evolve to AI native workflows.
• Design system connections across CRM, quoting, compensation, billing, marketing automation, and data warehouse.
• Build GTM data foundations trusted by sellers, leaders, and finance.
• Partner with product teams to deeply integrate Mail, Docs, Go, and Fathom.
• Own technical design behind GTM initiatives and move manual work to AI native workflows.
• Ensure handoff readiness for GTM Systems to operate what you deliver.
