Job summary

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams. Ramp seeks a seasoned, results-driven Business Systems professional to own end-to-end GTM systems, including Salesforce automations and cross‑team integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, plus real depth in HubSpot.
• Non-trivial Salesforce flows built and debugged at scale.
• Ability to frame problems and deliver outcomes, not just specs.
• Fluent translation of business requirements into measurable solutions.
• Metric-driven ROI prioritization for requests.
• Experience delivering multi-month projects with cross-team dependencies.
• Familiarity with AI tools to speed up workflow and define guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own a GTM systems domain end to end: roadmap, architecture decisions, and health.
• Build and deploy Salesforce automation end to end: flows, objects, fields, permission sets, approvals.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs focused on outcomes.
• Prioritize requests against ROI and communicate decisions with data.
• Own integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato.
• Own dashboards and data models; deliver reporting that informs decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on scope and sequencing to closure without a manager present.
• Use AI to accelerate flow logic, test cases, and documentation with guardrails.
