Job summary

RampRamp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate go-to-market systems and empower teams with scalable, data-driven processes.

You will own and enhance critical business systems, partnering with Finance Operations and GTM teams to deliver end-to-end deployments, documentation, and optimizations that directly impact growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of Salesforce and GTM automation tools (LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato, Hightouch) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows and processes.
• Love of getting into the weeds to build scalable solutions.
• Structured thinker with clear communication across audiences.
• Get-things-done mindset with autonomous problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer key go-to-market business systems with Finance Operations, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato.
• Build and deploy automation, validations, and applications in Salesforce.
• Enhance existing systems and implement features for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions Teams.
• Analyze business requirements and write specs for end-to-end system builds.
• Write and maintain documentation on system builds and integrations.
