Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp's Post Sales systems. You will build the onboarding and activation funnel, translate complex deals into durable outcomes, and manage book-of-business workflows from deal closure through expansions.

You’ll partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Data, Product, and GTM to ensure reliable revenue workflows. You will combine Salesforce engineering with systems design and strong commercial judgment to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of Systems Architecture and Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
• Working knowledge of Python and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong APIs and integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience with CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle management and billing.
• Good understanding of data pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governance limits and code coverage.
• Ability to design for scalable, reliable revenue workflows.
• Experience with asynchronous processing and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.
• Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling and reconciliation for quotes, contracts and subscriptions.
• Design, develop, and maintain iPaaS integrations (Homegrown, Workato, Clay, etc).
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, fast solutions.
• Write technical specifications and data model diagrams.
• Own data integrity in your area and contribute collaboratively.
