Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems professional to own top-of-funnel GTM systems, HubSpot workflows, Salesforce automation, and data hygiene. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product to shape scalable processes that fuel Ramp's growth.

You will manage the path from form fill to booked meeting, prioritize ROI-driven requests, and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations at a fast-paced company.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lists, forms, and property architecture you designed.

Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel GTM systems: roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health.
• Run HubSpot as a system: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and naming conventions.
• Keep HubSpot and Salesforce in agreement, clean lists, dedupe rules, and ICP segmentation.
