Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy for our go‑to‑market engine. This senior role manages teams, translates cross‑functional data into decisions, and builds scalable frameworks guiding field sales toward revenue outcomes.

You will work with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities. Travel domestically and internationally as needed for alignment and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong consultative skills and business acumen; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across multiple channels and working modes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives to maximize growth and efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and processes supporting field sales at scale.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning; align across functions and geographies.
• Define and track KPIs across GTM; translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate operational processes and design scalable systems and workflows to support Zoom's growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across multiple channels and communication modes.
