Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated track record of driving results in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong consultative skills and business acumen, with experience translating complex data and business challenges into strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams and individuals across multiple channels and working modes.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of evaluating complex processes and designing scalable workflow improvements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Evaluate existing operational processes and design scalable systems and workflows that improve efficiency and support Zoom's growth trajectory
