Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & Process Engineer to design and scale revenue systems across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and entitlement platforms. You will own opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, approvals, and invoicing processes while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Sales Systems, GTM Systems, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS or tech org.
• Deep hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Experience with CPQ or comparable quoting systems and revenue workflows.
• Experience designing or supporting contract lifecycle processes (CLM, e-signature).
• Experience with data integrations across CRM, data platforms, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve complex Salesforce workflows supporting opportunity and pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, approvals, and more.
• Hands-on Salesforce expert, creating and maintaining fields, objects, flows, and validation rules; partner with developers for advanced CPQ work.
• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to diagnose GTM challenges and redesign processes for scale.
• Understand and optimize the end-to-end revenue process from opportunity to invoicing, including entitlements.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
• Work with CPQ and quoting workflows, and deep dive into product rules and discounting logic when needed.
• Design and improve contract lifecycle and approval workflows with CLM and e-signature integrations.
• Support workflows linking commercial agreements to entitlements and provisioning.
