Job summary

AppDirect, the leading subscription commerce platform, seeks a Revenue Ops Systems Analyst to own the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, and HubSpot. You will ensure these systems function as one engine and partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to translate needs into scalable processes.

You will design AI-powered workflows, improve data integrity, and drive ROI through automation while staying ahead of evolving GTM requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations role within go-to-market (Sales, CS, Marketing, Revenue, etc).
• Ability to spot process gaps using data and evidence-based decisions.
• Deep Salesforce administration experience with data modeling and reporting.
• Experience building GTM systems and integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot, Planhat, Gong).
• Strong project management and prioritization based on business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM technology stack; ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems work as one connected system.
• Identify gaps using internal data and perform detailed investigations.
• Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows with multi-step agents and structured data.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance to translate needs into scalable processes.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve GTM efficiency and ROI.
• Drive data integrity across systems and reporting.
• Support commissions, territory management, and data enrichment processes.
• Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects end to end.
