Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Engineer to join the AI-native revenue engine. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to design scalable GTM workflows, integrations, and automation that speed decision-making and improve forecast accuracy.

This remote role is targeted for candidates within ~50 miles of Boston, Seattle, SF Bay Area, Austin, or DC. You will work under the Head of GTM Operations, delivering governance and system integrity while shaping HackerOne's

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, or related in B2B SaaS/cyber/AI.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and automations delivering measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce CRM and GTM processes (forecasting, pipeline, Q2C, territory planning).
• Strong analytical skills using data to validate assumptions and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Apply First Principles Problem Solving to diagnose GTM challenges, identify root causes, and redesign workflows across forecasting, pipeline management, quote-to-cash, planning, sales enablement, and partner operations.
• Champion an AI First approach by designing, building, and deploying AI-native workflows, agentic automations, and intelligent systems.
• Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Finance to architect scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, Looker, and emerging AI-native platforms.
• Leverage Data-Driven Decision Making to design system instrumentation, data flows, and measurement frameworks.
• Build and maintain integrations, automation frameworks, and tooling across GTM workflows.
• Demonstrate Change Agility by piloting new approaches and helping stakeholders adopt new ways of working.
• Establish governance, definitions, and system-of-record integrity for long-term scalability.
