Job summary

Nominal is seeking a GTM Engineer to influence the revenue infrastructure, including data pipelines on Salesforce and internal tools that turn data into action. You will own and harden existing systems, build new workflows, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data to accelerate revenue velocity.

You should have 2+ years in analytical or data/engineering roles, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience building end-to-end pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytical / data engineering / software engineering.
• SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) used within defined scope.
• Fluent with AI tooling and applied to GTM workflows.
• End-to-end data pipelines with clear inputs, transformations, and outputs.
• Ability to scope problems, ask clarifying questions, and deliver working tools.
• Ability to quantify impact in revenue terms.

Responsibilities

• Learn Salesforce and GTM tooling to build on top of data models and dependency logic.
• Build data pipelines moving data between Salesforce, Gong, and enrichment sources.
• Ship internal tools: forecast trackers, scoring dashboards, and deal-desk monitoring.
• Develop AI-driven workflows for routing, enrichment, and outreach support.
• Support directors, AEs, and CS with tools and fixes, surfacing friction.
• Maintain data quality, pipeline health, and data governance across the stack.
• Own and maintain repositories for internal GTM tooling.
• Prototype new tooling and integrations as Nominal's GTM function evolves.
