Apollo.io is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to move faster through aligned processes, scalable systems, and actionable data. You will own Salesforce architecture and multi‑instance governance, support the next-generation quote-to-cash build, and contribute to AI-driven GTM initiatives.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience, plus 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
• College degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market processes and how systems support them across Marketing, BDR, Sales, and CS/Onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce initiatives and end-to-end user support, including automation and data management.
• Design, build, QA, and rollout Salesforce integrations and processes with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead architecture decisions and optimize quote-to-cash workflows for pre-IPO scale.
• Support AI-driven GTM builds and AI-enabled workflows across the GTM stack.
• Collaborate across GTM, R&D, and IT to deliver scalable system solutions.
