Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Quote-to-Cash systems, building Salesforce CPQ, contract, and Billing/Core integrations that translate complex agreements into accurate customer outcomes—from quotes through orders, provisioning, billing, renewals, and amendments.

Based in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team, you will fuse hands-on Salesforce development with systems design and commercial judgment to deliver reliable, scalable revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components
• Strong experience with APIs and integrations with Salesforce
• Knowledge of data pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Understanding Salesforce governance limits and code coverage
• Experience with CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle management, billing or QoC domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform
• Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent systems
• Build and maintain iPaaS solutions
• Drive decisions on architecture patterns and tool usage for scalability
• Create technical specs and diagrams
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation
• Collaborate on code reviews, on‑call, and issue triage
