Job summary

PDQ is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own and scale GTM systems with Salesforce at the center. You’ll work across a connected stack to improve integrations, automate processes, and enable the business to market, acquire, and retain customers.

You will partner with system admins, RevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives from discovery to rollout, maintaining clear communication and durable solutions across a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience administering Salesforce in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, Flow, permissions, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with integrations and APIs, troubleshooting data movement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems projects from discovery to rollout and deliver improvements.
• Build and improve Salesforce architecture, including accounts, opportunities, and product data.
• Configure Salesforce objects, permissions, Flows, reports, and layouts.
• Integrate Salesforce with HubSpot and other tools; troubleshoot data movement and automation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business needs into solutions.
