Job summary

Accuris is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to own the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, LeanData, and Cloudingo, ensuring clean data flows and scalable integrations from data sources to insights.

You will partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable systems, drive data-driven decisions, and advance automated workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a go-to-market operations role or equivalent GTM setup experience.
• Deep Salesforce administration experience including configuration, Flow, data modeling, and reporting; Admin cert is a plus.
• Experience building and managing GTM systems and integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Cloudingo, LeanData).
• Strong SQL or data analysis skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong project management skills; able to drive from ideation to execution based on business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM technology stack and ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected system.
• Use internal data to identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities to optimize GTM processes.
• Define requirements and partner with Salesforce developers on architecture, testing, and enablement for enhancements.
• Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work and support commissions and data enrichment.
• Drive data quality across systems and enforce data entry standards.
• Manage incident response with change management and monitoring automation.
