Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Business Systems Engineer (GTM) to own and optimize GTM systems at the top of the funnel. You will partner with Marketing and Marketing Operations on lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality, while delivering robust CPQ and platform solutions.

This team-based role emphasizes collaboration across Salesforce CPQ, core platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation, with strong emphasis on GTM data integrity and AI-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience with Marketing Operations and marketing automation integrations (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
• Strong understanding of lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud Automation and production support.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, data management.

Responsibilities

• Own and build GTM system solutions in Salesforce CPQ and core platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with Marketo and other marketing systems.
• Lead data quality controls and pipeline forecasting support.
• Design, code, and review CPQ and platform components.
• Provide production support and triage incidents.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Revenue Operations, and IT Product Owners.
• Explore AI-enabled automation for GTM workflows.
