Job summary

Merge is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the GTM infrastructure end to end. You will architect Salesforce and all related components including CPQ, deal desk, and usage-based billing, ensuring reliability and scalable automation across product lines.

You’ll design systems with AI as a default, manage vendor evaluations, and guide change management from go-live to ongoing improvement. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and owning GTM systems architecture.
• Strong background in RevOps, CPQ, deal desk, and billing workflows.
• Proven ability to plan, scope, and deliver data-driven automation.
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling and production-grade agents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture and roadmap.
• Architect CPQ, deal desk, and quote-to-cash with Finance integration.
• Deliver automation with monitoring, validation, and testing.
• Lead change management, enablement, and documentation.
