Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a GTM Systems Developer to design, build, and scale automation across the go-to-market stack, with deep Salesforce administration and development experience. You will own end-to-end solutions, partner with stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fully remote US role.

You’ll focus on scalable workflows, integrations across CRM, marketing automation, and revenue platforms, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex and workflow automation.
• Experience building integrations across GTM platforms and systems.
• Strong Salesforce architecture, automation frameworks, and CRM best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable automation workflows in production environments.
• Experience leveraging APIs and data movement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, flows, and advanced platform functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, and revenue platforms.
• Create AI-powered workflows, prompt frameworks, and automation solutions leveraging modern AI tools and APIs.
• Support end-to-end GTM processes across lead management, opportunity management, onboarding, customer success, and renewals.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Work within Jira ticketing and project workflows to execute enhancements, resolve bugs, and support larger initiatives.
• Optimize workflows and system architecture to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
• Build and support automation using tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, and similar orchestration platforms.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and scalable processes across systems and integrations.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data visibility initiatives across GTM and Revenue Operations.
• Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, automation tools, and process improvements that enhance business performance.
