Anrok is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems and AI-enabled processes. You’ll administer and scale our GTM technology stack, designing workflows and automations that delight our customer-facing teams and enable them to do their best work.

As the first dedicated GTM Systems hire, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations and Partnerships leaders to shape our tech stack and processes and stay ahead of

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience focused on GTM systems and tooling.
• Strong GTM software foundation, especially Salesforce (Admin cert preferred).
• Track record transforming inefficient sales processes into efficient workflows.
• Experience leading end-to-end system implementations from requirements to launch.

Responsabilités

• Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper).
• Partner with GTM leadership to identify opportunities to boost sales efficiency via tooling and AI.
• Collaborate with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows atop the stack.
