Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer to own and scale our GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and data enrichment. You will work across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

This fully remote, cross-functional role focuses on enabling AI-enabled automation and data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency of our GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Salesforce Admin or related field in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced hands-on Salesforce administration (Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data architecture, reporting).
• Advanced hands-on HubSpot administration (workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, routing, forms, campaigns, attribution).
• Experience as primary tech owner of Salesforce and HubSpot, including data flow between them.
• Experience designing cross-platform integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware.
• Experience building scalable workflow automation using GTM platforms and tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Systems architecture and admin for Salesforce, including data model, releases, governance.
• Lead integration/data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, CS platforms, enrichment providers, prospecting tools.
• Partner with Revenue Ops to translate GTM strategy into scalable technical solutions across Marketing, Sales, CS.
• Evaluate and optimize GTM technologies for impact, scalability, usability, and reduce complexity.
• Own HubSpot administration including workflows, lifecycle, and data sync with Salesforce.
• Support Customer Success platforms and data infrastructure post-sale lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate GTM workflows using native platforms and APIs.
• Stay current on GTM and AI technologies and recommend improvements.
