Job summary
Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer to own and scale the technology infrastructure powering Cobalt’s go-to-market organization. You’ll be the technical owner of our GTM stack with hands-on responsibility for Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, enrichment, automation, and lifecycle systems.
You’ll partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to translate business needs into scalable solutions, leverage automation and AI, and ensure data
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems or related field in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Flows, automation, data governance).
- Advanced HubSpot administration experience (workflows, lifecycle, attribution).
- Experience owning Salesforce and HubSpot integrations across platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for GTM teams.
- Experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM Systems including Salesforce architecture, data model, and governance.
- Maintain HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, forms, and integrations with Salesforce.
- Design data enrichment and governance processes for GTM data quality.
- Support Customer Success data infrastructure and post-sale workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate GTM workflows with AI and automation tools.
- Ensure system health, monitoring, and governance across the GTM tech stack.
