Cognition AI in San Francisco, CA, is building end-to-end software agents and GTM systems that scale with AI-driven insights. We are hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to connect CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and data warehouses, turning manual workflows into reliable automation that speeds our go-to-market motions.

You will own the GTM tech stack, design integrations, ensure data integrity, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops, and help leadership gain a trusted view of the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations at a high-growth company.
• Deep Salesforce CRM administration and integrations.
• Experience with CPQ and billing systems preferred.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience (Snowflake or BigQuery).
• Experience with APIs and automation platforms; scripting in Python or JS is a plus.
• Systems-thinking mindset and data cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain GTM tech stack including CRM and CPQ.
• Design integrations and data flows between GTM systems and data warehouse.
• Build automations to improve data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to remove manual work and surface signals.
• Ensure data integrity with models, deduplication, validation, monitoring.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure.
• Evaluate tools, document, and manage change as business scales.
