Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and scale the systems, automations, and data infrastructure powering its B2B revenue engine. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and deliver measurable improvements.

You’ll own Salesforce and GTM integrations (Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo), prototype AI solutions, and partner with GTM leaders to turn business problems into scalable technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Systems, Growth Engineering, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, automation platforms, APIs, integrations, data tools, and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions with rapid prototyping and measurement.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and integration/automation platforms like Workato or Tray.
• Data-driven mindset to diagnose funnel performance and measure impact of systems and automations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize GTM workflows across the funnel using automation, AI, and integrations.
• Own and evolve revenue systems architecture across Salesforce and the GTM tech stack with workflows, reports, and tooling.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions that automate manual work and surface actionable insights.
• Design and maintain data flows and integrations between Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks, translate business problems into technical requirements, and scale effective solutions.
