Job summary

Camunda's Revenue Operations team is hiring a Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer to design, build and operate the AI-powered infrastructure that connects our go-to-market systems and reduces manual work across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships and ADR teams. This fully remote role leads the AI layer, including MCP servers, LLM integrations and workflow orchestration on GCP.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering, incl. 2+ years shipping LLM/AI into production workflows.
Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript with Git, testing, and CI/CD.
Hands-on LLM patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, and evaluation.
Experience integrating Salesforce and other systems via APIs and event-driven patterns on GCP.
Ability to own problems end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

Design, build and operate AI agents and automations across GTM stack including Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack and more.
Own architecture of GTM Systems AI layer: MCP servers, APIs, retrieval pipelines, tools, and serverless/containers on GCP.
Ship production-grade LLM capabilities with guardrails: validation, fallback, confidence thresholds, audits and costs.
Partner with GTM leaders to identify opportunities, scope solutions, and deliver incrementally with docs.
Raise the engineering bar: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security governance and observability.
Design and deploy workflows on Camunda and Clay; create playbooks for GTM teams.
