CDW is seeking a Lead GTM Analyst, Revenue Operations to partner with sales leaders and cross‑functional teams. You will assess pipeline health, establish forecasting cadence, and drive operational execution with data‑driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical capability, business partnership skills, and experience with CDW systems. You will influence outcomes through collaboration and AI‑driven process improvements across Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years experience in FP&A, analytics, or strategy.
• Experience supporting sales leaders with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams and influence without authority.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills; CRM and forecasting tools familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Analyze pipeline coverage, health, and forecast accuracy for senior leadership.
• Lead standardized forecasting cadence and bottom‑up forecast development.
• Prepare actionable business reviews linking pipeline, forecast, and performance.
• Create ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Partner with Finance, IT and Sales to drive process enhancements using AI tools.
