Job summary

CDW Government, LLC is seeking a Lead GTM Analyst, Revenue Operations to partner with sales leaders and cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on pipeline health, forecast discipline, and actionable insights.

You will balance seasoned judgment with hands‑on analysis, facilitating processes and driving efficient operations across Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capability, excellent business partnership skills, and experience with CDW systems;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, strategy, or related function.
• Experience supporting sales leaders through pipeline management, forecasting, business reviews, or performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills; ability to leverage CRM and forecasting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline coverage, health, and progression; provide data-backed perspective to sales leadership.
• Lead standardized forecast calls; develop bottoms-up forecast with sales leaders.
• Translate performance indicators into concise insights for senior leadership.
• Create ad hoc analyses to support business priorities; ensure clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Cultivate relationships across Revenue Operations, Finance, IT and other partner teams.
