Customer.io in San Francisco seeks a Senior GTM Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing for select GTM roles. This role emphasizes deep relationships with passive candidates, precise search strategies, and high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner with GTM hiring managers, bring market data to conversations, and use AI tools to speed up sourcing while maintaining rigor and speed in hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM roles.
• Track record of personally sourcing and closing the majority of hires through outbound outreach.
• Experience owning 10+ concurrent GTM searches at a time with measurable time-to-fill.
• Direct sourcing across at least 2 of Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Business Operations.
• Deep GTM business acumen; can discuss what makes someone great in a GTM function.
• Regular, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Source and personally engage passive GTM candidates directly, including those not actively job searching.
• Build targeted search strategies for hard-to-fill GTM roles (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Ops).
• Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end from list-building to close.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to define profiles and calibrate expectations against market.
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Provide market insights on GTM talent availability and compensation to hiring discussions.
• Use AI tools to sharpen search strategy and speed up sourcing research.
