Job summary

Nominal is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own recruiting strategy and execution for our growing commercial organization. You’ll partner directly with GTM leadership to define what great talent looks like across different sales motions, build sourcing strategies, and close exceptional candidates.

This builder-and-operator role requires running full-cycle searches while developing the sourcing strategies, assessment frameworks, and recruiting infrastructure that allow us to hire GTM talent at a high

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with GTM focus.
• Deep exposure to SaaS sales organizations and roles.
• Experience recruiting internally in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent full-cycle recruiter with sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and push back when needed.
• Strategic thinker focused on scalable recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM recruiting strategy and execution.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles (Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, GTM leadership).
• Partner with GTM leaders to translate business goals into talent profiles and hiring plans.
• Develop market maps and sourcing strategies to surface exceptional candidates.
• Build interview rubrics and assessment processes to predict GTM success.
