Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across Sales and GTM. You will map markets, identify operators who outperform peers, and run full-cycle processes that win top GTM talent. This role emphasizes research discipline, strong candidate experience, and collaboration with GTM leadership.

You’ll use AI tools daily, calibrate searches, and partner with managers to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. Prioritizing fast, high‑quality hires is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Proven record identifying candidates, running end-to-end processes, and placing top performers.
• Comfort using AI to research, outreach, and surface signals from data.
• Ability to articulate why a candidate stands out in the top decile.
• Experience closing senior hires against competing offers.
• Proficient with funnel metrics and Ashby or similar ATS.
• High urgency, proactive communication, and ownership of the candidate experience.
• Intellectually curious with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Use AI and research to build target lists of top GTM talent.
• Map the market and define what great looks like for each role.
• Run personalized outbound outreach grounded in research.
• Own full-cycle hiring from initial contact to offer close.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and craft compelling offers.

• Deliver a fast, fair candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Contribute to process improvements and employer branding.
