AssemblyAI is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for sales, customer success, and marketing roles. You will source proactively, run high-volume interview loops, and manage offers, all while using AI tools to accelerate hiring.

The role requires collaboration with GTM leaders, a strong sourcing background, and a passion for fast-growing SaaS environments. The position is based in San Francisco, with a focus on hiring top GTM talent for our rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM focus (sales, customer success, marketing) in B2B SaaS
• Experience hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires/year) across levels from SDR to senior AE
• Strong passive sourcing skills: boolean search, creative channels, AI-assisted tools
• Curiosity about the AI landscape and a creative approach to talent outreach
• Experience with compensation discussions (OTE, quota, ramp) and ATS tools

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 GTM roles at a time from intake to close
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities, events
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research and candidate messaging
• Conduct Zoom screens focusing on pipeline generation, technical fluency, and coachability
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and run interview loops in Greenhouse
• Manage offers end-to-end including OTE/commission discussions and closing
• Maintain a clean and current Greenhouse pipeline for accurate funnel data
• Deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience that reflects the company culture
