• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM or business functions at a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and creative approach to building pipelines in competitive talent markets.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and deliver under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication and high emotional intelligence in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers: intake meetings, calibration bars, market conditions, and expectations.
• Drive process improvements and track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
