Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting across GTM or business functions at a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and pipeline-building in competitive talent markets.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication and high emotional intelligence in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations in North America.
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers: intake meetings, calibration bars, market condition advice.
• Drive process improvement and scalable workflows; track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple open requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience and aggressive timelines.
