Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent communication and project management under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers, lead intake meetings, calibrate expectations.
• Drive process improvements and measure recruiting metrics.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
