You will partner with go-to-market leaders, shape hiring strategies with insights, and drive speed while delivering a candidate experience that reflects our high standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech.
• Experience supporting GTM or business functions (Sales, CS, RevOps).
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency building pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent project management and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing to close across NA locations.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers, lead intake meetings, set calibration bars, manage expectations.
• Drive process improvements, scalable workflows, and recruit analytics tracking.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience and tight timelines.
