The Senior Business Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive velocity and pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM or business function focus.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and using data to influence decisions.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build diverse pipelines.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication with high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps—from sourcing through close.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings, set expectations, and advise on market conditions.
