Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations in North America. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure fast but quality hires during rapid growth.

You will drive process improvements, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience while contributing to Harvey's category-defining AI platform’s revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM or business functions.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and pipeline-building in competitive markets.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
• Clear communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers, lead intake meetings, set expectations.
• Improve processes and track metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a high-touch candidate experience.
