Harvey is building a generational AI-enabled platform for legal and professional services. We are seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to partner with GTM leadership to attract top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations in North America.

You'll own full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, advise hiring managers, and drive scalable processes while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for GTM or business functions in a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and creative talent-pipeline approaches.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps in North America.
• Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Advise hiring managers, run intake meetings, calibrate expectations, and manage timelines.
• Drive process improvements, scalable workflows, and recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience while handling multiple requisitions.
