RecSeekers is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruiter – GTM in Miami, FL. You will develop senior GTM talent across AI, Life Sciences, and emerging tech, handling high-value placements with an uncapped commission model.

The role is hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) with base salary $80,000–$90,000 and OTE $250,000+. Join a profitable, established platform with live mandates and deep relationships across Pharma, Biotech, and HealthTech.

Qualifications

• Senior GTM recruiter with proven ability to win high-value retained and contingent searches.
• Experience developing relationships with founders, CEOs, CROs, and executives.
• Strong tracking of billings and ability to manage complex multi-mandate desks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a full 360 recruitment desk focusing on senior GTM roles in Life Sciences and AI.
• Build and maintain partnerships with venture-backed and global Life Sciences organisations.
• Deliver senior appointments across US Life Sciences and AI markets.
