Commure is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support its growth across Go-to-Market, G&A, Enterprise, and Operations. You will build scalable, metrics-driven hiring processes and partner with leaders to attract world-class talent for fast-growing teams.

This hybrid role requires three days in our Mountain View, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices, and combines strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting to drive impact across the org.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with success in high-volume recruitment across departments.
• Experience designing scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to scale a high-growth tech company.
• Excellent project management with multitasking and quality focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and independent work capability.
• Experience recruiting within the software industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent.
• Use data to set benchmarks and partner with leaders to build top talent teams.
• Design interview plans to capture signals and hire top talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates.
• Create sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.
