Collate is hiring its first full lifecycle GTM Recruiter as we scale post-Series A. We're selling into life sciences, and the people we hire into Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support must reflect that.

You will own end-to-end GTM recruiting, build the sourcing strategy from scratch, and move fast enough to hit an ambitious hiring plan. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end‑to‑end GTM recruiting in a high-growth startup.
• Ability to build a playbook in ambiguity.
• Fluent with modern sourcing and pipeline tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM org from intake through close.
• Build GTM pipeline using Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and Claude.
• Source candidates for regulated/technical industries with a sales focus.
• Lead offer process with benchmarking and closing strategy.
• Create pipeline reporting for data-driven GTM hiring decisions.
• Pitch Collate's mission to candidates unfamiliar with life sciences infra.
