This hybrid role requires 3 days in Mountain View, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices. You will help drive alignment and talent strategy, enable efficient hiring, and ensure a fast, world-class candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience designing scalable recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify creative ways to engage passive talent.
• Set benchmarks with data and partner with leadership to build top talent teams.
• Design and implement interview plans to capture signals for top hires.
• Manage multiple requisitions while sustaining long-term hiring goals.
• Create sourcing strategies and workflows for robust, diverse pipelines.
• Maintain data hygiene in Ashby to ensure dataset accuracy.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience across the hiring journey.
