Job summary

Diligent in the United States is seeking a highly analytical Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to join the GTM Operations team. You will translate commercial strategy into scalable territory, routing, coverage, reporting, and operational processes.

You will work across GTM systems and data, manage Fullcast, and partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to improve data flows in Salesforce and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM functions (Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or similar).
• Strong territory management, coverage, and planning experience.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data across Salesforce and GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and coverage processes including Fullcast management.
• Model scenarios for territory planning and coverage changes.
• Build Salesforce dashboards and reporting for visibility.
• Investigate data issues across Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Partner with GTM Systems to deliver scalable solutions.
