Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst on the GTM Business Excellence team to shape how go-to-market motions operate at scale, translating complex commercial and operational challenges into durable policy that drives consistency across Direct and Channel sales.

You will lead multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end, partner with Enterprise Systems to deliver scalable solutions, and use data to surface root causes, influencing senior leadership without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or related roles in SaaS/high-growth environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP) and translating needs into scalable requirements.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and Center of Excellence operating models.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream go-to-market initiatives end-to-end across Direct and Channel sales with governance and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and coordinate cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Serve as liaison between GTM and Enterprise Systems, ensuring requirements quality through UAT and delivery.
• Design governance framework including RACI, documentation standards, and change management.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure process health, adoption, data quality, and cycle times.
