Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic data management.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting updates, data corrections, and process clarifications.
• Perform routine data hygiene tasks, monitor system health, and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to solve problems and improve processes.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, and customer success functions, integrating data to drive decision-making.
