Vertex Inc. is seeking a hands-on GTM Operations Analyst to deliver analytics, reporting, and automation across the commercial organization. You will craft dashboards, models, and workflows to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and execution while partnering with Finance, IT, and regional teams.

You will own initiatives, share reusable solutions across regions, and ensure accuracy of data and insights, enabling faster decision-making and reduced manual effort.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of pipeline, forecasting, recurring revenue, and commercial processes.
• Hands-on BI and data modeling; dashboards and result validation.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI tools to improve processes.
• Ability to translate questions into practical solutions and collaborate with tech teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand analytics and automation needs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models for planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions with technical teams.
• Validate outputs, document logic, and support testing and adoption.
