Vertex Inc. is seeking a hands-on GTM Operations Analyst to deliver commercial analysis, reporting, and automation across the global sales organization.

You will partner with GTM Operations, finance, IT, and regional teams to translate business needs into reliable insights and scalable solutions. With 8+ years in enterprise SaaS GTM/Revenue Operations, you will build dashboards, forecasts, and AI-assisted workflows, validate outputs, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS GTM/Revenue Operations
• Strong BI and data modeling skills
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
• Hands-on workflow automation experience
• Translate business questions into practical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial stakeholders and GTM Operations to understand business needs and deliver analytics and automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting planning, pipeline, forecasting, and execution.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions with technical specialists.
• Validate reporting outputs, document logic, and support testing, adoption, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional ops on metric definitions and data integrity.
• Share reusable solutions across regions and drive improvements in efficiency.
