Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to optimize go-to-market processes at scale across Direct and Channel sales. You will drive multi-workstream initiatives, partner with Enterprise Systems, and translate complex commercial challenges into scalable policy, surfacing root causes through data.

A SaaS background and strong executive communication are essential. You will lead governance design, COE operating rhythms, and dashboards to inform senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related strategic planning roles.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP) and translating needs into scalable requirements.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, RACI, and center of excellence operating models.
• Strong executive communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from concept through launch and handoff.
• Partner with Enterprise Systems to deliver scalable, policy-driven solutions.
• Design governance, decision rights, and operating rhythms for Opportunity Lifecycle Management.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to measure process health and cycle time.
• Identify systemic root causes from data and drive durable fixes.
